Meet Our Team
Ingrid Baker
Ingrid Baker is the Founder and CEO of I Love to Educate and has more than 20 years of experience as a classroom teacher, instructional leader, campus turnaround specialist, coach, and mentor. She has guided schools from failing to flourishing by building the conditions where educators and students can thrive.
The first on her mother's side to graduate from high school, Ingrid brings a deep personal conviction to her work. She believes the partnership between families, educators, and communities is not a program, it is the foundation of everything. Through I Love to Educate, Ingrid partners with school and organization leaders nationwide to build systems that sustain and transform organizational culture.
Lauren Ford
Lauren Ford serves as the Chief Sustainability Officer at I Love to Educate. She anchors the organization's long-term strategic health. Her role spans program sustainability, partnership development, and ensuring that every initiative launched by I Love to Educate is designed to last beyond its launch date.
Lauren brings a systems-thinking orientation to a team already deep in content expertise. She focuses on the operational and structural foundations that allow I Love to Educate's work to scale, whether that means a domestic school district engagement, an international IGNITE Model pilot, or a digital product reaching a family on a Saturday morning.
